Aye, it's delicious, but that's no' how y' make porridge!

This headline will, of course, make no sense to all non-Australians.
Yes, I'm in the home of haggis, kilts and bagpipes, desperately trying to stay clear of stereotypes and cliches.

Currently in Edinburgh with plans to head to the Isle of Skye via Glasgow. After that don't know. My air ticket has me flying home in two weeks (two weeks!) so I guess my plans to jump into Ireland for a quick look will have to be put on hold till the next trip.

Just (finally) sent out the penultimate email update. Don't all get too excited.

I loved that Uncle Toby's ad!! At the time I didn't get it at all, but it was the dawn of a lifelong obsession with Scottish accents. Soon, I, too, will be off to the land of haggis, kilts, bagpipes and real porridge :D
